Disposable Sterile Scalpel

Overview 

A very sharp sterile scalpel, complete with handle, for making a clean final cut on the bottom of a cutting without crushing the stem.

• Sealed individually in trays
• Carries a graduated measure on the reverse of the handle (for indication only)  to mirror our range of metal stainless handles
• Individually packaged into a new transparent thermo formed tray providing improved product visibility and developed to assist in safe passing techniques.
• When peeling the packet the seal changes colour thus indicating if the integrity of the packet has been breached and assuring the user of sterility up to the point of usage.

How to Use

When taking cuttings, it is important to make the final cut with a very sharp blade to avoid crushing the stem and causing other unnecessary damage. It is also important not to introduce disease microbes into the final cut. This makes our sterile scalpel & handle absolutely perfect for the job.

Use a new Sterile Scalpel & Handle for every fresh batch of cuttings. Always dispose of your old scalpels carefully.
